The cake was 8' 2" tall and weighed approx. 250 lb. It was the tallest cake of the Ultimate Cake-Off season.

Roland and Marsha were assisted by Wiley Saccheri and Tiffanie Wright, a great young couple.

 

The clown was made of cake and modeling chocolate. The clown's body was covered with rolled fondant. 

 

The hat was about 500 servings of cake and was covered with rolled fondant. The hat brim was made of modeling chocolate--and the curl of the hat brim stood up on its own with no support.

 

The unicycle was covered with rolled fondant and decorated with an extruder. It even featured a white-wall tire.

The Ringling Brothers and Zing Zang logos were airbrush onto modeling chocolate. The Zoom was modeling chocolate cut to shape. The gears and fan in the Zoom were hand cut and formed.

The magician's cute little bunny was hand formed from modeling chocolate.
