The life-sized cake sculptures of Michu and Julianna, the little people with Ringling Bros. Circus was created for their wedding held at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Michu, 33" high, and Juliana, 37" tall, were made of pound cake and buttercream icing and were delivered personally by Roland to the reception. This cake was featured in the New York Times and Post and received worldwide publicity.

Marilyn was the hit of the show and was featured in several national publications including the Globeˆ, the Sun and some international newspapers. This cake was approximately 500 servings and took between one and two weeks to create from scratch, with most of the time used to build the custom-made stand.
