This is a very versatile blossom veiner set - veiner and cutter each measure about 1.25 inches wide. This is a 2-piece silicone veiner (attached together for ease of use) and 1 metal cutter set.

For fondant or gum paste flower, simply cut with included flower cutter, place on bottom portion of veiner and place and press top mold over fondant/gum paste.

Suggested uses include fondant, gum paste, chocolate, poured sugar, and pressed sugar.
